Hello! We are Merche and Tomas, the founders of this unique spot, which opened its doors on 24 April 2023. Our passion for hospitality, gastronomy and personal service inspired us to create a warm and welcoming space filled with positive energy and the best views of Puerto de Santiago.
Who Are We?
Merche, born in Barcelona, and Tomas, originally from Slovakia, came together to bring the best of our backgrounds and international experience to the world of hospitality in South Tenerife.
Throughout our professional careers, we have gained extensive experience in the tourism and customer service industries. This experience has taught us the importance of every little detail and, above all, the value of providing warm, personalised and authentic service to every person who visits us.
Tomas’ Experience, Our Star Chef
Tomas is the soul of our kitchen. With years of experience as a chef aboard exclusive luxury cruise ships, he has honed his culinary skills while travelling the world, bringing together international influences with the authentic flavours of local and Mediterranean cuisine.
Every breakfast, brunch and tapas dish he prepares reflects his dedication, expertise and passion for quality gastronomy.
