Hello! We are Merche and Tomas, the founders of this unique spot that we opened on 24 April 2023. Our passion for hospitality and friendly service has led us to create this space full of warmth and good energy.
About us
Merche, born in Barcelona, and Tomas, originally from Slovakia, joined forces to bring the best of our origins and experience to the world of gastronomy and hospitality. Throughout our careers, we have worked in the tourism and customer service sectors, which has taught us to value the importance of every detail and, above all, of providing a friendly and personalised service to our guests.

Tomas is the heart and soul of our kitchen. With years of experience as a chef on exclusive luxury cruise ships, he has perfected his culinary art and knows how to blend international influences with the most authentic flavours of local cuisine. His dedication and love for gastronomy are reflected in every dish he prepares.
